You retain ownership of any content (text, images, video) you upload to the Service ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant Lovelent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the comsequences of posting it. You agree not to post content that identifies any person without their consent or that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

- Transmitting viruses or malware.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
